The following depositions occurred in 1307, following the simultaneous arrest of members of the Order of the Knights Templar. The depositions pertain to Jacques (James) de Molay, who was the grand master of the Order, and to Hugh of Pairaud, who was also a prominent leader within the brotherhood. Jacques
